I am an international senior leader with over 30 years of experience across early-stage company investment (Angel, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Sovereign Funds), technology and deep-tech company commercialisation and ecosystem building, membership organisations and social investment and impact. 

From an early foundation in corporate law and finance, I have gone on to successfully lead and grow startups, scale-ups and organisational transformations in the private, not-for-profit and social impact spaces as a founder, Executive Director, Investment Director, Head of Development, Interim CEO, Managing Director and CEO.

I offer immediate impact with a proven ability to calmly and objectively step into complex organisational and investment environments.  Known for clear communication, strong governance mindset and an analytical yet human-centred approach, I thrive on rapidly identifying challenges and opportunities and turning those into executable plans. 

I am available on a fractional basis as a CEO, COO, Investment Director, Managing Director or Special Project Lead.
