I am an HR and Transformation Leader with significant experience working with boards and senior teams to lead and embed structural and cultural change.

 

I am known for driving innovation, an ability to substantially raise team and business performance levels and for providing pragmatic solutions. I have an exemplary track record of delivering in the most challenging circumstances whilst building long lasting relationships.

 

My work to date has been industry agnostic, working with businesses in telecoms, infrastructure, engineering, technology, retail, care and utilities to name a few. I have a practical and flexible approach to all of my assignments.

 

I can offer expertise in organisation design and development, operating model, leadership and team development and coaching, change communication, culture change. I have experience of post-merger integration, acquisitions and start-ups.
