I’m an accomplished business leader who has delivered winning strategy and profitable domestic and international growth for technology businesses at all stages of development.

I have a passion for innovation, for new product and service development and for going to market in an impactful way. I work to ensure that the engineering, operational and commercial goals are clearly laid out, that the plans are well understood and well-communicated and that progress towards completion is tracked effectively. The adage that “no plan survives first contact with the enemy” could not be truer than in business and I lead teams to reflect, re-assess and course-correct where necessary, all at pace.

I started my career in Sales and continue to always look for opportunities to better serve the existing customer base and to develop new customers, sectors, geographies and solutions. I will support getting the customer voice back into an organisation and ensuring that the business translates the input into actionable plans. Delivering growth is a lot about focus, and saying ‘no’ is not a crime! In addition to leading digital transformations of customer-facing solutions I have digitally transformed internal processes, selecting and rolling out new tool-sets that delight customers, raise profitability and improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of internal teams.
