My interests are in enabling organisations to tell stories that animate a product offering. To do this, everything needs to line up behind the product's core value proposition, but explained in terms of how people use and gain real-world benefits from using it.

With a background is in Telco, FinTech and general Enterprise Architecture, cross-industry, I have sold to, and worked with the largest telcos and banks in the world.
