I specialise in driving complex business transformations enabling businesses and their investors to achieve their strategic goals. Previous engagements have included up-scaling operations teams, IT and business processes following refinancing; building stable operations and systems processes in a rapidly growing business; business restructuring to drive efficiency and scalability; creating processes to facilitate multiple acquisitions; preparing and delivering complex divestitures; and preparing businesses for exit or re-financing. Working in Senior Executive and Board level COO and CIO roles for businesses as diverse as US Multinationals (Coca-Cola & Pfizer), UK based PE backed professional services firms, and more recently as an Interim Programme Director driving the separation of a major UK General Insurer from its parent company to facilitate its sale, I have built a wealth of experience and practical solutions that I bring to every business I work with.

I bring a pragmatic, practical approach to enable the delivery of significant transformational projects, often in complex environments where compliance and process adherence is key. Whilst my approach is sector agnostic, I have significant experience of regulated businesses where I have held Controlled Function roles. As a Fractional Exec I aim to work with boards to deliver value from day one and guide them toward the delivery of their goals.
