I am an experienced Revenue Operations leader, relishing the challenges of launching or transforming sales organisations in start-up or high growth companies.


Understanding what it takes to build the infrastructure required for a successful sales team to flourish. Highly skilled in creating and implementing innovative GTM tools, processes and techniques, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.


My strength is in helping companies initiate the sales team and evolving them into a team demonstrating world class sales execution. I am able to give the business an insight into the health, behaviour and performance of the GTM team, equipping sales with the right tools and mindset to sell successfully and efficiently.


I enjoy both being the trusted advisor to the CRO and GTM leadership whilst also being hands-on, creating GTM tools and driving process improvement.


I have been working in the Enterprise Mobility and Cybersecurity industry for the past 30 years, initially in Project/Program Mgmt and in the last 20 years specialising in Revenue Operations.


I am available on a fractional basis as VP Revenue Operations.
