I am a revenue transformation leader and the former founder of Sales Training Experts, a national consulting firm specializing in building high-performance sales organizations. After growing the firm into a recognized advisory practice serving companies across Canada, I successfully exited the business and now work with leadership teams as a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer.


I help companies move from founder-driven selling to structured, scalable revenue systems. My work focuses on designing practical revenue infrastructure: clear go-to-market strategy, predictable pipeline generation, disciplined sales management, performance-based compensation models, and sales playbooks that enable teams to execute consistently.


Earlier in my career, I held progressive leadership roles with Rogers Communications, leading regional sales operations and large-scale growth initiatives. Today I partner with CEOs, founders, and boards who need experienced revenue leadership to accelerate growth, improve sales accountability, and build repeatable revenue performance—without adding a full-time executive.
