Sometimes that means diagnosing drift and reshaping GTM. Other times, it's aligning people, platforms and priorities so everything pulls in the same direction.

My work is practical, commercial and rooted in reality. I’m not interested in surface-level storytelling or clever campaigns that don’t shift the dial. I dig into the engine room of a business, helping teams articulate value, tighten focus, and build the muscle for growth.

With over 45 years in commerce, including 30 at board level, I’ve led major transformations, managed £60M+ budgets, built brands, rationalised networks, and guided leadership through scale-ups, turnarounds, and exits. I know how to ask the hard questions and deliver on the answers.
