EnableWorks was launched in 2025 by Fred McCaig to support businesses through interventions that holistically examine all business operations and organisation, building a complete picture of how the enterprise functions. Using a comprehensive audit process to understand the business's stressors and causes, Enable Works will develop a series of interventions to support internal change and set out a proposal for delivery and transformation over an agreed timeline. 

Typical outcomes include board-level observation and conversations to establish guardrails for change and governance, along with coaching and support for team leaders to develop collaboration, resilience and reliability. The benefits will be the unified thinking that enables the business to function, challenge and review its actions as part of a workflow it creates and operates.
